Jury meets on Tuesdays, with advice sent the same afternoon. Urgent requests can also be submitted for an extra fee
General advice on the copy advice procedure is free of charge, but requests about the content of an ad are not. Willingness to accept general inquiries will vary case to case depending on request

General questions about the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards will be taken free of charge
Pre-Clearance is required for broadcast advertising in five regulated categories of advertising: alcoholic beverages, children’s cosmetics, consumer drugs and natural health products and food and non-alcoholic beverages. There are seperate fees applicable for each category, which can be found

Czech Republic (Rada pro reklamu (RPR))

Members: CZK 3,000+VAT per request
Non-members: CZK 6,000+VAT per request
Copy Advice from Arbitration Committee usually comes within 3-4 days, and maximum within a week
RPR accepts general inquiries on the copy advice procedure and the ICC code free of charge

Feedback is generally given within 48 hours, except if the request requires further investigation
Copy advice is reserved to members only. Therefore, it cannot accept requests from anyone who is not a member, even if the inquiry concerns the ICC Code. The only exception is for copy advice requests concerning environmental claims. Those requests can be made by advertisers/agencies that are not ARPP members. The fee for such requests is €100
Germany (Misleadingness) (WBZ)
Copy advice is available for members only
Copy advice is included in the WBZ annual membership fee
Feedback is generally given in 1-3 days, with a maximum of 7-10 days for more complex requests
Members should send the copy advice request with essential information (i.e. the advertisement draft or a detailed description of the ad) via post, fax, email or through this facility
The WBZ accepts general inquiries about the German national legislation, but it cannot answer questions on the ICC code

Three Copy advices are included in ZAWs annual membership fee if the company is a member of a member association of ZAW

Conditions apply to companies/ organisations outside The Netherlands:
If your company has an establishment in The Netherlands, your enquiry can only be dealt with if your Dutch representative has paid its annual financial contribution to the Dutch Advertising Code Authority
Please contact, if your advice request involves endorsements, affiliations and/or subsidiaries within The Netherlands
Enquiries related to good taste and decency cannot be dealt with, in view of the subjective nature of these criteria
The copy should be in Dutch or English, if in another language, please contact us
The proposed copy advice for an advertisement is informal without guarantees
The proposed copy advice cannot be used as:
evidence that your advertisement complies with the requirements in the Dutch Advertising Code,
a substitute for a future decision by the Advertising Code Committee or Board of Appeal,
neither can it be referred to in the advertisement.
It reserves the right to alter these conditions
